Tenen una carta breu, per\u00f2 interessant. La cuina est\u00e0 molt treballada, tot \u00e9s casol\u00e0.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi hem tastat&nbsp;una exquisita croqueta de morcilla i poma, una rajada ben preparada i de raci\u00f3 generosa, servida amb salsa de tom\u00e0tiga i patat\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 hi hem passat gust amb el porc rostit i salsa de la padrina i, per acabar, amb la mousse de xocolata negra i confitura de melicot\u00f3, per\u00f2 especialment \u00e9s molt bo el flam de la casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pel que fa als vins, hi ha una selecci\u00f3 ben feta de vins de Mallorca, amb refer\u00e8ncies com ara Dalt Tur\u00f3 de Campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El restaurant va obrir el mes de febrer de 2026 i \u00e9s propietat d&#8217;un mallorqu\u00ed i una asturiana. De fet, es diu s&#8217;Arada 1199 perqu\u00e8 entre Mallorca i Ast\u00faries hi ha gaireb\u00e9 1.200 quil\u00f2metres de
