Es tracta del\u00a0<strong>restaurant Sa Clastra<\/strong>\u00a0que ofereix plats i servei d&#8217;alta cuina, amb unes elaboracions creatives, la majoria de les quals reinterpreten encertadament la cuina tradicional de\u00a0<strong>Mallorca<\/strong>, a partir del producte local.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;equip professional de Sa Clastra est\u00e0 encap\u00e7alat pel xef\u00a0<strong>Jordi Cant\u00f3<\/strong>, el cap de sala\u00a0<strong>Philip Dion<\/strong>\u00a0i el sommelier\u00a0<strong>Sebasti\u00e1n Longo<\/strong>. Tots tres han treballat durant anys a Zaranda, que ha estat guardonat en diverses vegades amb estrella Michelin i que abans s&#8217;ubicava en aquest hotel de Calvi\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa del restaurant Sa Clastra nom\u00e9s se serveix al vespre. Cal dir que es pot menjar tot complet o b\u00e9 fer-ne nom\u00e9s una part. Tamb\u00e9 hi destaca la cocteleria i un alt nivell de servei.<\/p>\n<p>El cuiner<strong>\u00a0Jordi Cant\u00f3 Castell\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>va n\u00e9ixer a Palma el 1989 i va estudiar cuina a l&#8217;IES Jun\u00edper Serra. Ha passat per restaurants amb estrelles Michelin com Diverxo (Madrid), Nerua (Bilbao), Casa Solla (Galicia), Casa Marcial (Asturias) i, durant vuit anys, a Zaranda, els dos darrers com a cap de cuina del xef Fernando P.
