Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un restaurant obert a la cuina d&#8217;arreu del m\u00f3n com b\u00e9 demostren els plats de la carta: tag\u00edn de bra\u00e7 de porc amb salsa de pomes i xipotle, gambes amb formatge manxec i guacamole,\u00a0<em>quesadilla\u00a0<\/em>de Helloumi (formatge de cabra t\u00edpic de Xipre) amb espinacs, tom\u00e0tigues i tahina de c\u00edtrics. Tamb\u00e9 hi combina ingredients de Mallorca amb encert, com el bra\u00e7 de me que cuina a l&#8217;estiu de Bombai.
