La influ\u00e8ncia oriental tamb\u00e9 hi \u00e9s present perqu\u00e8 la seva cuinera Bonnie Han \u00e9s de Singapur. A la sala hi trobareu la seva parella, la valeciana Arantxa, que juntament han convertit aquest restaurant amb un dels m\u00e9s sol\u00b7licitats de Dei\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant va obrir les portes l&#8217;any 2016. Per preparar els plats, el restaurant Nama prioritza els aliments de Mallorca, tant les verdures, com el peix i la carn. De fet, la vedella que serveixen est\u00e0 criada a la granja Binifela de Cala Rajada.
