El nom remet a dues idees que s&#8217;expressen amb aquesta paraula en catal\u00e0: a)\u00a0\u00a0aptitud intel\u00b7lectual, capacitat natural o adquirida per a certes coses b) gana.<\/p>\n<p>Talent \u00e9s una idea de Sanjeev, que treballa colze a colze amb el cuiner Alexis Aliau, originari de Deltebre (Baix Ebre, Tarragona). Hi podeu fer el men\u00fa complet (aperitiu, entrant, primer, segon i postres per 27 euros, beguda a part) o triar el plat que vulgueu de la carta.<\/p>\n<p>Hi hem tastat: all i pebre d&#8217;anguiles, esqueixat de me rostit amb ceba i remolatxa confitada (servida dins pa casol\u00e0 d&#8217;olives) i llesques del papa amb orxata de xufla.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant va n\u00e9ixer el mes de maig de 2016 com a iniciativa del mallorqu\u00ed Sanjeev, primer com un local per tastar formatges, cerveses i vins, un espai que s&#8217;ha convertit en la botiga Projecte 25, mentre que paral\u00b7lelament, i per demanda dels seus clients, va donar lloc a aquest restaurant.
