Tamb\u00e9 hi hem tastat peix, concretament r\u00e8mol amb un fals risotto de patates fumades amb consom\u00e8 d&#8217;herbes arom\u00e0tiques. La carta canvia cada 15 dies.<\/p>\n<p>El cuiner argent\u00ed, n\u00e9t d&#8217;emigrants mallorquins, va crear una s\u00f2lida carrera com a cuiner a Mallorca del 1999 al 2005, juntament amb Marc Fosh. Del 2005 fins al 2015, va treballar en un destacat grup de restauraci\u00f3 de Russia com a cap de cuina.
