Hi ofereix una cuina selecta i, tamb\u00e9, creativa en la qual la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia n&#8217;\u00e9s l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Hi hem tastat plats com els saquets de pasta fresca farcits de t\u00f2fona negra amb g\u00edrgola de card i escuma de t\u00f2fona, el galtot d&#8217;ib\u00e8ric amb reducci\u00f3 de Pedro Ximenes, o el niu de xocolata amb crem\u00f3s d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva amb sopeta de vainilla.<\/p>\n<p>El local no sols convida a gaudir de la bona cuina i companyia, sin\u00f3 de la natura i dels bons moments en un espai que combina l&#8217;eleg\u00e0ncia, la sofisticaci\u00f3 i la tradici\u00f3. T\u00e9 una terrassa \u00e0mplia i, tamb\u00e9 aparcament.
