En un ambient familiar, gaudireu de\u00a0<strong>plats casolans<\/strong>, molts dels quals s\u00f3n del receptari de la cuina tradicional de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>El local es\u00a0troba ben c\u00e8ntric, a la Pla\u00e7a de l&#8217;Esgl\u00e9sia. La fam\u00edlia Villalonga el va obrir l&#8217;any 2018 i de llavors en\u00e7\u00e0 s&#8217;ha convertit en un dels restaurants de refer\u00e8ncia de la comarca del Raiguer.<\/p>\n<p>De dimarts a divendres migdia, hi trobareu\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa del dia<\/strong>; i els caps de setmana i vespre, a Can Jan treballen amb una carta de suggeriments ben apetitosa.\u00a0<strong>arr\u00f2s brut<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>amanida de perdiu escabetxad<\/strong>a, conill amb all, fideu\u00e0 de marisc, llom amb col, bacall\u00e0 gratinat amb allioli, frit mariner o\u00a0<strong>frit\u00a0<\/strong>de porcella,\u00a0<strong>s\u00edpia amb allioli i verdures<\/strong>, entre altres propostes. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha\u00a0<strong>caragols<\/strong>, un plat que molta de gent de Binissalem comana per endur-se&#8217;l i menjar-lo a casa. De postres, hi trobareu gelat d&#8217;herbes dolces o el de caf\u00e8 amb llet rebentat d&#8217;Amazona, tiramis\u00fa, past\u00eds de formatge, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>fam\u00edlia Villalonga<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s l&#8217;encarregada de regentar-lo. El nom est\u00e0 relacionat amb el casal que hi havia antigament en aquest espai, que va desapar\u00e8ixer per l&#8217;edifici actual.
