One of the star products is the paprika used to make the traditional majorcan sausage, the “sobrassada”. Crespí has several plantations in Manacor, Pollença, Inca and Felanitx. They clean, dry, chop and grind the pepper, which comes straight from the plantation, in their factory located at the Son Castelló industrial estate. After that, it is packaged and ready to be sold. Due to the organic production, it is really appreciated while cooking.
