Having lunch or dinner in the restaurant of Hortella d’en Cotanet is synonymous of enjoying food, good company and the environment.

It is a traditional Mediterranean restaurant with typical, natural and seasonal products. They own an organic garden, where many of the products they use to cook their dishes are cultivated. It is a perfect place to relax, because time does not seem to pass and every minute in every hour is pleasant.

Another of their specialties is the stone-made fattened ox which you can accompany with the selection of Mallorcan wines they put at your disposal.

The restaurant is located in the middle of nature, in the municipality of Sant Joan. To get there just take the road from Palma to Manacor and take the exit 34. You will find directions to Hortella de’n Cotanet on a rural road which used to be the old royal road linking Sineu and Felanitx .

Restaurant opening hours of Hortella d’en Cotanet :

  • From June to October (inclusive):They open from Tuesday to Sunday, noon and night. Non holiday Mondays closed.
  • From November to May (inclusive): They open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and Friday and Saturday evenings. If you want to have dinner on Sunday to Thursday, you must book in advance.
